Important Instructions for Parents & Students

1. School Timings & Prayer: School morning prayer starts at 10:40 AM. Classes commence at 10:50 AM. Presence at morning prayer is mandatory for all students. Students arriving during prayer must stand in order and wait until prayer concludes.
2. School Uniform Code: Class V to VIII students must wear the official government-issued uniform. Class IX to XII students must wear white churidar, red dupatta, and red sweater during winter. White socks and white canvas shoes are mandatory. Hair must be neatly braided.
3. Hygiene & Environmental Care: Students must maintain personal health and keep the campus clean. Throwing trash or paper on school grounds is strictly prohibited; all waste must be disposed of in dustbins.
4. Tiffin Guidelines: Students must not eat tiffin inside classrooms. Tiffin must be consumed in designated areas after washing hands thoroughly.
5. Classroom Conduct: After class dismission or school hours, students must leave classrooms calmly without running or shouting. All lights and fans must be turned off before exiting.
6. Academic Promotions: According to Board regulations, decisions of the Academic Council regarding annual exam results for Class V to IX are final and mandatory for all students.
7. Practical & Project Deadlines: Practical notebooks and Project work must be submitted on or before the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be evaluated and will receive zero marks.
8. Tuition Fees Clearance: Annual fees must be cleared before the November examination. Failure to clear dues may result in withholding exam admit cards or results.

Higher Secondary (Class XI & XII) Council Regulations

1. Mandatory Attendance: Minimum 70% attendance is mandatory for Class XI and XII students.
2. Condonation Criteria: Attendance between 50% and 70% requires formal permission and penalty fine payment to sit for examinations.
3. Strict Disqualification: Students with less than 50% attendance will NOT be permitted to sit for examinations under any circumstances.
4. Passing Criteria: Students must pass in all subjects in internal assessments and semester exams.
5. Registration Verification: Attendance and signature on the Registration Check List are mandatory for Class XI Semester 1 & 2 examinations.
6. Registration Check List Presence: Student presence on the date of Registration Check List signing is mandatory.
7. Non-Registration Consequence: Students marked as Non-Registered will be disqualified from appearing in Council board examinations.
8. Mobile Phone Prohibition: Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the school campus. Any violation will lead to immediate confiscation and disciplinary action.
